Testing different backing materials is recommended. The amount of glue (generally, up to 150 g\/m\u00b2) and pressure (0.5 to 5 bars) depend on the backing, veneer cut (quartered, tangential, burl, etc.), veneer thickness, and pressing method. Recommended veneering temperature is between 85\u00b0C and 120\u00b0C. Organic or inorganic fillers can be added to the glue to control bleed-through.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drying:<\/strong> Slow drying is essential to prevent deformation and warping.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Surface:<\/strong> The veneer has a medium to very hard, fibrous, typically straight grained, and sometimes figured surface. It is compatible with most varnishes, and polishing is recommended after sealing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sanding:<\/strong> Due to the presence of pearlescent components, careful sanding is crucial. Aggressive sanding can damage the surface. For automatic sanding,<br \/>\noptimize the following parameters: sandpaper grit (150-220),<br \/>\ncontact pressure, feed speed, and belt speed. Testing the entire sanding process is recommended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Storage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a wood-based product, the veneer&#8217;s moisture content can fluctuate. Store it in a <em><strong>controlled <\/strong><\/em><em><strong>environment<\/strong><\/em> with a relative humidity between 40% and 70% and a temperature of approximately 20\u00b0C.
